Not Your Mother's Cookbook

Not Your Mother’s’ Cookbook was designed with love and family in mind. The cookbook took on bold colors and design choices to help showcase the spirit of the women who created these recipes. Also, I chose to do large titles and photos with functionality in mind, as I tend to try to look up recipes quickly while cooking to find the information needed or I will remember what the dish looked like while forgetting the name of it momentarily. The layout also reflects this functionality with the ingredients and directions designed to be easily located for quick access to the information.
